The clue is in the name. You've got ALL the ideas...but executing them, having that capacity to pick one idea and turn that into a commercially-meaningful result (something we refer to as your XQ: your Execution Intelligence)...well...that isn't quite where you'd like it to be.
The GREAT news is this is a simple thing to address. Not easy (nothing worthwhile truly is), but simple.

Wow!
%%FIRST%%, you have the makings of a Serial Entrepreneur
You're clearly adaptable and always looking towards the next step in your process...because you have a process.
You've learned not to dwell on past mistakes or 'fails', understandig that they provide lessons and growth that springboard you to the next level of growth.
You also have a higher-than-average tolerance for stress, most likely because you have a solid vision of what you want and where you're headed.
Nothing feeds stress more than a feeling of uncertainty...
Well, well, %%FIRST%%...it seems that you're a Jack of All Trades
At first blush, you might think that being a 'Jack of all trades' isn't a positive, but that's very much NOT the case!
You have a capacity to diversify and shift gears and even tracks when the need arises.
You understand when something needs doing, and you do it (something we refer to as your 'XQ', like IQ, but for your capacity to get things done - your Execution Intelligence).
There are some notes of caution here, too.
You may fall prey to Shiny Object Syndrome, trying to buy your way to a solution. Your capacity to 'do' needs to be directed to things that have impact, and actually move you in the direction you want to go in.
%%FIRST%%, this is awesome! You're a World Changer
You care about what's going on around you, and you want to make a difference.
Remember that you're running a business, though. It's perfectly possible to marry your desire to help with being commercially savvy and making a sustanable profit.
Making a difference doesn't have to come at the cost of sacrificing your own needs.
And if you develop your business to be strong, you can have exponentially more impact in the World.
You have a knack for seeing opportunity and knowing when the right time and place for a product or service is.
The challenge here is that your instincts can overshadow reason and logic, and you may tend to be a little impulsive at times.
That said, Business is a Theory - nothing is clear until you actually try and see what the market makes of it.
That means your unique disposition already puts you ahead of the vast majority of small entrepreneurs who either try to sell poor-fit products into the market before testing them or won't try anything new for fear of failure.
Congrats! You have earned 0 point(s) by completing this quiz.
